I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a Master’s in Education in School Counseling. Since 2021, I’ve worked in K–8 educational settings, and in 2024, I joined Peace of Mind Mental Health, Inc. My background has allowed me to support children, adolescents, and families as they navigate emotional, relational, developmental, and academic challenges. I specialize in working with individuals and families facing anxiety (including overthinking, restlessness, and chronic worry), depression, grief, and familial or relational conflict.

My clinical goal is simple: to help you help yourself. In our work together, we’ll focus on building lasting tools and skills to enhance emotional awareness, foster resilience, and support meaningful personal growth. For those who desire it, I am also able to incorporate a Christian perspective into our counseling work, blending faith and evidence-based practices to support healing and growth.
