Haley Perez, RMHCI, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at Peace of Mind Mental Health in Miami, FL. Haley is a compassionate and motivated therapist who seeks to guide clients throughout their healing journey and instill hope for a better tomorrow.

Her interest in the mental health field stemmed from the impact mental health struggles have had in her own life and a drive to help others achieve their goals. This passion led her to obtain her Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami.

In her clinical career, Haley has worked in an outpatient community mental health agency and in private practice, supporting a wide range of clients with mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Through these experiences, she has developed an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.

To Haley, therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. She believes each client is unique and deserves to be valued as an individual.
